郑景元老师的书法作品和艺术造诣早已得到了政府机构的赞扬和艺术界、收藏界、拍卖行及社会的高度认可与重视，2019年3月，他的（四平尺）书法作品《鸿福天赐》参加北京翰海第99期拍卖时，以11．39万元成交。7月，同款作品《鸿福天赐》在匈牙利中欧国际拍卖中心拍卖时，又以20．930（EUR）万元成交。11月，在北京御宝嘉和国际拍卖有限公司举办的“御宝嘉和2019年秋季艺术品拍卖会”上，作品《天道酬勤》（四平尺）再次以19．55万元成交。2020年7月，郑老师在参加美国环球艺术拍卖公司举办的“2020台湾故宫博物馆艺术精品拍卖会”上，他的（四平尺）作品《鸿福天赐》又以33．81万元成交（祥见雅昌官网）。8月，经中华人民共和国国宾礼艺术鉴定评审委员会评审、国宾礼文化市场保护委员会调查审核和国宾礼艺术市场严格权威审核评定评估郑景元老师书法作品价为38万元／平尺。中国国家博物馆、中华人民共和国外交部和中华人民共和国国宾礼特供（外事）管理中心等有关部委及社会名企商贾争相收藏了他的书法作品。
